We've completely re-written how multi-monitor works when connecting via Fluid. This is game changing for users with multiple monitors. No seriously...

Jump Desktop now supports opening up your remote displays in separate windows simultaneously. This makes it possible for you to arrange the remote computer's displays anyway you want. For example - if you have 3 monitors on your local machine and 2 on the remote machine, you can now use 2 monitors to view the remote machine and the other monitor for your emails, Slack, Zoom etc.

Together with the new restore windows feature and Fluid's automatic display resolution matching this makes an amazing multi-monitor experience.

To start using the new multi-monitor experience for fluid:

1. Open up Jump Desktop for Mac. 
2. Connect to your machine and then click View -> Displays In Separate Windows.

You'll then see windows for each remote display. Arrange the windows however you like - go full-screen move it side by side, or even close a window if you don't want to see that monitor - it's up to you. The next time you connect to the same machine Jump will remember your windows positions and arrange it automatically. 

With Single Sign-On (SSO) your team can sign into Jump Desktop using your company account credentials.

Team admins can reset 2-step verification for team users. 

If 2-step verification is required for the team, users will be prompted to re-enable 2-step verification the next time they sign into Jump Desktop apps. 

This feature is available on Teams Enterprise plans.

Team admins can now see which Jump Desktop apps each user is signed into and log them off remotely. 

To see where each user is signed in, drill down to the user in your Teams dashboard and see the 'Where this user is signed in' section. 

This feature is available on Teams Enterprise plans.

Team admins can now make sure team members always use 2-Step Verification to sign into their Jump Desktop accounts. 

Turn on the requirement in the Security section of your Team's dashboard. 

Be sure to also turn on the new 'Disable Social Sign-in' feature to make sure team members always use 2-step verification. 

This feature is available on the Teams Pro and Teams Enterprise plans.

Team admins can now prevent users from signing into their Jump Desktop accounts using Google or Apple sign in. Once this setting is enabled, all team members will be required to sign into Jump Desktop apps using their Jump Desktop account credentials. 

Turn on the requirement in the Security section of your Team's dashboard. 

This feature is available on the Teams Pro and Teams Enterprise plans.

Use the new Social Sign In panel in the Security section to control how you log into your Jump Desktop account. 

You can link Apple or Google sign in with your Jump Desktop account or create a password if you want to switch over to Jump Desktop sign in.

You can now sign into your Jump Desktop account using your Apple ID! It's a great way to sign into your account quickly on Apple devices. 

To get started, link your Apple sign in with your Jump Desktop account in the Security section of the dashboard.

We've added brand new plans to Teams: Essentials, Pro and Enterprise. 

Existing Teams customers have been automatically grandfathered to Teams Enterprise plan with no change in pricing (thanks for being an early supporter!).

We've added a dark mode theme for the dashboard. 

If your browser supports it, the dashboard will automatically switch to the dark theme if you have dark mode enabled.
