Dashboard
- Improved “My Computers” grouped view
See the machines you have access to more clearly with better grouping, team names, and tags, making it easier to find the right computer at a glance. - Custom fields in the Users list
Custom fields are now available in the Teams → Users view, just like they are for computers, giving admins more flexibility when organizing and managing users. (Learn more)
Admin & Management
- User email updates now supported
User email address changes made in your SSO provider are now automatically synced to Jump Desktop, keeping accounts up to date without manual intervention. (Available for teams with verified domains) - SSO Team Admins can delete user accounts
Navigate to the Dashboard --> Team --> Add Users. Select the User and confirm Deletion (Delete option available in the 3 dots menu). This provides a safer offboarding flow with a confirmation step designed to prevent accidental deletions. Deleted users are removed immediately and the action is recorded in team activity logs.
Note: SSO should be enabled for the team and only the SSO owner will be able to delete user accounts
